EXCELLENTVerified We booked hydration facials at our Airbnb for my bachelorette trip. It was so relaxing and our faces were glowing after! Everyone loved it and she was so sweet. Would highly recommend!!Posted onVerified Elena is fantastic! The day of the city-wide power outage a spa had to cancel our reservation. Our nanny had already arrived and we had generator power, so we were eager to still get services and also hopefully find a masseuse who suddenly found themselves out of work due to the outage! Elena responded to my text quickly and was at our house an hour and a half later. My husband and I each got a wonderful massage and facial. The facial was hydrating and I think my skin still looks better a week later! She used a calming essential oil and was very professional, and the treatments were very well done. We'll definitely book her again in the future.

My daughter and I both did a body scrub with massage and it was awesome. She is knowledgeable, professional, punctual and communicative. Elena was so accommodating and helpful with organizing the logistics of treatment packages for 10 people at my bachelorette party in South Lake Tahoe. Her team (herself, Heidi, and Sam) were really professional and we all felt so comfortable with them. And most importantly, the treatments were AMAZING! We all felt so relaxed and pampered. Our treatment choices included deep tissue, hot stone, and Swedish massages; coffee and lavender scrubs; chocolate and seaweed body wraps. Everyone raved about all of them! They brought everything they needed, set up and broke down quickly, were efficient in turning over their setup between treatments, and left the space clean. Thank you Elena!

Her communication was excellent in setting up several spa appointments for our guests. She arrived promptly at our cabin and gave the most amazing massages, a facial and a foot detox session and everyone raved about her skills! She is very personable and knew intuitively where I needed work in her massage. She helped the tension drain from my body and I felt fantastic afterwards. I would highly recommend her services. She is professional, caring and has amazingly strong, sensitive hands! I wish I could see her regularly! Next time we are in South Lake Tahoe we all agreed we will invite her again!

She was able to locate the problem areas where there was tension and work out the kinks and knots! She applied the right amount of pressure and used hot stones to get deeper into the muscle tissue. We would highly recommend!
